Complete Tuition waiver and Research Stipend at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Received the "Institute Special Mention" for excellent performance in the Technical Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

Received the "Hostel Color " for representing the Hostel in various Technical events, and performing exceptional well.

Received the "Hostel Special Mention" for excellent performance in the Field of Sports.

My project on Voice Controlled Prosthetic Hand was 2^nd in "Endeavor" at "Techkriti 2001"-the All India Inter Collegiate Technology Festival held between 22^nd and 25^th February 2001 at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. A cash prize of Rs10, 000/- was awarded.

Received the First Prize in the "Most Innovative Project" Category at TechFect 2001, the Annual Technology Festival of Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. A cash prize of Rs5, 000/- was awarded.

Received the "31st All India Student Design Competition" 's Gold medal in the Field of Electrical Engineering. This award is given by the prestigious, National Research and Design Forum of the Institute of Engineers (India).

Received the Best Electronic Design Project for the B.TECH. Batch, by the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Bombay.
Received the Certificate of Commendation, for performing exceptionally well in the event "Communication in the new millennium" an event conducted by Institute for Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers(IETE).

Winner of the district level Science Exhibition ('96), for Best model in which I designed the Rumkoff Induction Coil. The Rumkoff Induction coils is used to generating high Voltages of the orders of Tens of thousand Volts. It is often used in TV picture Tubes and Other Gas Tubes.

Winner of the School Science Exhibition in ('94), St John's School Merhauli, Varanasi, for Innovativeness.

The Design was of a Electric Sieve. Easy to build yet effective in operation.
