I was recently traveling in Munich Germany and was astonished the see the strong bicycle culture in Germany. You could see a young boy on a bike tailgated by an old lady in a skirt! Even people in formal business attire didn’t hesitate to hop on the two wheels. This obviously is aided by the fact that every thing is so close by unlike the us where even the nearest grocery shop would be 3-4miles away.
